Do
you know how to achieve personal fulfilment and success? Have you got

I work with
people to unlock their hidden potential and to explore it with them. I
am a coach because I enjoy partnering with individuals to find joy,
meaning and purpose in their lives, and to work with them to transform
the way they see the world and to support them as they create their
ideal successful life.
Having a keen interest in
understanding people and their motives, I am dedicated to motivating,
empowering, and creating growth in others. While others have described
me as energetic, dynamic, intuitive, reflective, positive,
encouraging, and insightful, I am also results-focused, practical,
analytical and compassionate.
I believe that self insight is the
key to growth. I love being real, and developing strong
interpersonal relationships. My personal goal is to engage &
transform lives to one of empowerment and joy. |

Coaching Core Essentials (Coach U, London); Advanced Coaching (Coach
U, London and USA)
Current role and background
-
My
current role is one of business owner, psychologist, and personal
coach.

A
registered Industrial Psychologist, with extensive experience in
Human Resource management, I have also played a role in facilitating
understanding of transformative issues, and encouraging a culture
that embraces transformation. I also offer selection and development
assessments and feedback for individuals and companies.

In
addition I have received training in coaching, as well as various
psychometric assessments, and coaching assessments which I use to
provide insight during the coaching session and identify potential
areas of coaching.
Professional bodies
I am registered with the Health
Professions Council of South Africa as an Industrial Psychologist, and
also registered with the International Coaching Federation as a coach.
